» Shirtloadz is an online exchange service where you can access details about unwanted or surplus clothes and view requests for wanted clothes. Its main aim is to help you to get rid of your unwanted clothes or enable you to find clothes that others no longer need at no cost.

This site is a complete swap site that allows you to swap your unused clothes with other internet users across Australasia. It allows you to search or browse for specific clothing offered for swap. You can swap any unwanted clothes from your home to others who may have use for them. You can also post for clothes you wish.

Apart from swapping clothes, you could also exchange points each time you do a swap. You can then use those points to swap for other clothes online. Putting it simply, the more points you have, the more options you have to swap for the clothes you really want and pay only for the postage cost.

Search or browse through the extensive list of categories, find clothes that may be useful for you, make offers, wait for the other party to respond by accepting or rejecting your offer, add comments, swap and enjoy!

Thus with minimum effort, you can easily swap clothes with other people via the internet and pay only for postage.

Tip: To save money on postage cost, consider swapping multiple items in one exchange.

You are not committed to anything until both you and a second party (ie: the other swapper) agree to proceed with the deal - you can withdraw an item at any time right up to this point without obligation or commitment.

Why Register with this site?

In order to swap and leave postings we need you to complete the short registration form. The information collected by this site will solely be used for activities that accommodate the swapping of items between users of the site.

Whilst you can search and browse without registering, if you want to swap, you will need to register.

» Shirtloadz is exclusively an online swapping website where users agree to swap their unused clothes and also exchange points at the same time. The accumulated points could then be used to swap for other clothes online. Which means the more points you have, the more options you have to swap for the clothes that you want.

What if you don't have enough points?

No worries. You have three options:
1) You can either swap more clothes for more points
2) You can purchase points from us (1 point = 1 NZD)
3) Upgrade to our premium membership and get 20 bonus points each month which never expires.

» In order to create a listing, you must first be a registered user. After you register and log in, you will notice Add Swap/ Add Wish links in the 'My Booth' section. Click on the appropriate link and enter all the information to create your listing.

What types of files can I upload as an image for my listing?

We recommend uploading a gif or a jpeg when posting a picture. These file types are usually small and will work with our system quite well.

Do I have any obligations?

Your obligations are set out in the site's Terms and Conditions which you have read as part of your registration.

In brief, the clothes offered must be legal and non-offensive to even a small number of people, and must be your property to offer.

You have no obligation to complete a swap unless both you and another party have confirmed you want to go ahead with the deal, at which point you both MUST proceed. Otherwise, you can withdraw from a deal at any time up to this point.

» In order to contact a user about a certain item, you must first be a registered user. After you register and log in, select the item you are interested in and click on it. You will then notice a link in the listing that says "Make Offer" Click on this link, enter the details of your offer and the comments/message to the user. Please note that making an offer is the first step to go ahead with the deal.

» Yes, you certainly can. Just agree on a time to meet online then log on to Shirtloadz.co.nz. One logged in, click on 'Online Members' icon then find the person you're looking for and start chatting in real time.

» When both parties confirm for the swap, this site gives you away the contact details of the other party, and the deal should be handled (postage/shipping of goods, verification, etc) among yourselves, external to the system.

REMEMBER, the ONLY payment you should be making is the postage cost. Beware if the other party asks you for any other personal information, ie: credit card details, as this is completely unnecessary.

» We are pleased to offer two types of memberships for our users: Standard and Premium.
For both type of memberships, users are allowed to swap an unlimited number of clothes online without any success fee.
However, our Premium users would receive 20 bonus points each month and these points do not expire.

Standard membership is FREE.
Premium membership only cost NZD 4.90 per month (less than the cost of a regular flat white).
